Defining success for your business is a critical step for any business. According to Henry Ford, founder of Ford Motor, “Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success”. I understand this to mean that merely coming together and remaining together is meaningless unless you are working together, which in turn will produce results. Although, only working together can be called success, the first two, ‘coming’ and ‘keeping’ together, are necessary preparations for it.
